These are turtles are called "CUMBERLAND SLIDERS" and they are from the Cumberland River Valley in Tennessee and Kentucky. They are easy to care for feeding on turtle pellets that may be purchased at the pet store. You should occasionally offer romaine lettuce too. You can keep them in anything that holds water. Fish tanks, tubs, or even that empty goldfish bowl in the garage. They need a rock or a log, so they can climb out. Turtle docks are also inexpensive and may be purchased at the pet store. Turtles may be kept with fish as long as your fish are not an aggressive species. These are very easy, and inexpensive pets to maintain if you keep them clean and don't let them get cold. You will also find that you will learn alot from these turtles. They are intelligent and have a cognitive, thought process. They will recognize you and learn feeding times very quickly. They are a true joy to keep. They do not come with anything.

I also have Iguanas available for $35-45ea.They eat fruits and vegetables. Iguanas are fun pets that are easy to care for. They do grow large. They don't come with a cage either.
