He is probably a mixture of pekingese and chihuahua. He gets along good with other dogs and he likes to have his back scratched. He is obsessed with squirrels and is determined to keep them out of his yard and out of his trees. "Norbie" is crate-trained and house-trained. He uses a doggy door in his foster home. When he doesn't want to do something, he tries to con you by wiggling and grinning at you. He can be quite the charmer!
